Matbett88 by the Numbers
Operating fully in the Malaysian market with complete local payment support
Who We Are
Matbett88 started with a simple vision: to build an online betting platform genuinely designed around the needs and preferences of Malaysian players. Not to take a foreign platform and translate the interface — but to build something from the ground up that understands how Malaysians play, how they pay, and what they expect from a great betting experience.
Since launching in 2018, matbett88 has grown from a platform focused on a handful of game types into a complete digital entertainment ecosystem — slots, baccarat, roulette, table games, Sports Betting (including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and esports), online lottery, and exclusive lucky draws. All under one account, one wallet, one platform.
What sets matbett88 apart from other platforms isn't just the number of games or the size of bonuses — it's our commitment to trust. Every technology decision, every feature design, and every customer service policy is made with one question in mind: "Does this deliver the best possible experience for our Malaysian players?"
To be Malaysia's most trusted number-one online betting platform — a place where every player feels safe, valued, and entertained.
Delivering a fair, secure, and enjoyable betting experience — powered by the latest technology, best-in-class customer support, and a VIP program that gives every matbett88 member real, tangible value.
Responsible gaming is not just a slogan — it is at the core of how matbett88 operates. We provide genuine control tools to ensure that betting remains a controlled, enjoyable form of entertainment.
Why Choose matbett88
Six reasons why over 120,000 Malaysian players trust matbett88 as their go-to betting platform.
Matbett88 uses the same 256-bit SSL encryption deployed by Malaysia's major banks to protect every transaction and all your personal data. Every game on our platform runs on a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that is regularly audited by accredited independent bodies. No manipulation, no fraud — every round is fair and fully accountable. Your account is further protected by two-factor authentication and an around-the-clock system that actively monitors for unusual activity.
Matbett88 is a platform genuinely built for Malaysian players when it comes to payments. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX through Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks — all in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) with no exchange rates or hidden fees. Deposits are processed within seconds, while withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes for regular members and instantly for Diamond VIP members.
From high-definition video slots to live baccarat tables with real dealers, from Malaysian Super League football betting to digital 4D lottery — matbett88 brings together 500+ games from the world's leading content providers, all in one seamlessly integrated platform. No more jumping between different platforms for different game types. One account, one wallet, full access to every game — no limits.
The matbett88 VIP Program has six tiers — from Silver all the way to Diamond — offering automatic daily cashback from 0.3% to 2.0%, exclusive tier-up bonuses, express withdrawals, and monthly VIP lucky draws. Unlike other VIP programs that fall short on delivery, matbett88 cashback is credited automatically to your account every morning — no manual claiming required. The more you play, the greater the rewards you receive each day.
The matbett88 support team is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including public holidays and festive seasons. Our support agents are fluent in both Bahasa Melayu and English, understand the Malaysian betting landscape, and are trained to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Reach us via live chat, email, or Telegram. Our average live chat response time is under 2 minutes — not several hours like other platforms.
Matbett88 offers the most comprehensive responsible gaming toolkit in the industry — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, temporary account break options (1 day to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion. Players can activate any of these tools themselves at any time, no questions asked. We believe betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship.
Our Journey
Every milestone we have reached is a result of the trust and support of more than 120,000 loyal matbett88 members across Malaysia. This is our journey.
We didn't build matbett88 to be the biggest platform — we built it to be the most trusted. Trust is worth more than any user count.
Matbett88 was founded in Kuala Lumpur with an initial focus on online slots and live baccarat. The platform launched with fewer than 50 games, but with an unwavering commitment to security and fast payouts. Within the first month, over 2,000 members had already registered.
Matbett88 expanded the platform with the addition of a Sports Betting section covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and Formula 1. Digital 4D lottery and Keno were introduced in a major platform update. Active membership surpassed 15,000.
The matbett88 app for iOS and Android was launched, giving players the freedom to play from anywhere in Malaysia. A six-tier VIP programme was introduced alongside automatic daily cashback. Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow were added as payment methods, reflecting the evolving needs of the Malaysian market.
The matbett88 Live Casino studio was upgraded with the addition of baccarat, European roulette, blackjack, and live Dragon Tiger tables hosted by professional dealers. E-sports betting for MLBB, PUBG Mobile, and Valorant was also introduced, rounding out matbett88's offering for Malaysia's younger generation of players. Total game count surpassed 300.
Matbett88 reached over 120,000 active members with 500+ games available on the platform. matbett88 was recognised at several Southeast Asian industry awards for best user experience and most comprehensive VIP program. Exclusive lucky draws featuring prizes of up to RM 100,000 were introduced for loyal members.
Our DNA
These seven values aren't just words on an office wall — they are the principles that guide every decision we make.
Trust is the most valuable currency at matbett88. We will never take any action that compromises the confidence our players place in us — even if it means giving up short-term gains for the platform.
All bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, game RTP rates, and account policies are written clearly and plainly — no fine print hiding unfair conditions at matbett88.
The matbett88 technology team works continuously to improve the platform experience — from loading speeds and user interface to new game features that make every session more enjoyable.
Matbett88 is a community, not just a business. Our members' voices are heard — many of the platform's best features came directly from suggestions and feedback by our Malaysian players.
We take responsible gaming seriously and provide best-in-class control tools. matbett88 also contributes to financial literacy programs and mental health awareness initiatives related to gambling in Malaysia.
Matbett88 sets the bar high for customer service standards — response times under 2 minutes, issues resolved within a single session, and a support team that is both empathetic and knowledgeable about our products.
When the matbett88 founding team began planning this platform in late 2017, they recognised that the Malaysian market had very specific needs that existing platforms were not fully meeting. Malaysian players wanted a seamless experience in Bahasa Melayu, with familiar local payment methods like Touch 'n Go and FPX, football odds that reflected the Malaysian Super League, and customer support that genuinely understood the Malaysian cultural context. Large international platforms often fell short on all of these — delivering a generic experience built for a global market that served no one in particular especially well.
Matbett88 launched in 2018 with a fundamentally different approach. Every supported payment method is one that Malaysians genuinely use in their daily lives. Every piece of content on the platform is written in proper Bahasa Malaysia — not machine-translated. Every Sports Betting market covers the leagues and sports most popular in Malaysia, from Super League football to the Thomas and Uber Cup badminton championships to the fast-growing MPL Malaysia esports scene. This isn't cosmetic — it's a core philosophy that shapes every development decision we make.
Over seven years of operation, matbett88 has navigated numerous challenges — technical hurdles, a shifting regulatory landscape, and intensifying industry competition. Yet matbett88 has continued to grow for one fundamental reason: players who try our platform tend to stay. matbett88's user retention rate is among the highest in the industry across Southeast Asia, and that is no accident. It is the result of consistent investment in product quality, payment speed, and genuinely responsive customer service.
One of the aspects of matbett88 most consistently praised by our members is the VIP program — widely regarded as one of the most genuine and rewarding in the industry. Daily cashback is credited automatically every morning with no claims required, no rollover conditions, and no expiry dates — that is the promise matbett88 makes to every active member. VIP tiers are determined by actual play activity, not by how much you deposit — meaning players who play consistently at moderate stakes can still reach Gold or Platinum status and enjoy all the benefits that come with it. This approach reflects our belief that loyalty should be rewarded fairly.
Growing to over 120,000 active members is a milestone we're proud of — but not because of the number itself. Each one represents a Malaysian player who chose to trust matbett88 with their entertainment time and money. We take that responsibility seriously. That's why we continue to invest in the latest security systems, an ever-expanding selection of games, convenient local payment methods, and responsible gaming programmes that can make a real difference in our members' lives. matbett88 is built for the long run, and we play it that way — consistent, responsible, and always putting our members' trust above everything else.
